Indrek- ega eespool sõites ka aru ei saanud kust rada läheb. Oranzid postid olid tihti suureks abiks.
Au ja kiitus korraldajatele ja rajameistrile. Saab ka lumesajus klassikamaratoni täitsa hästi tehtud. Mulle meeldis ja parim klassikamaraton see aasta.
Ja ei saa ka mainimata jätta seda imemaitsvat suppi.

See aasta on Estoloppeti korraldajad ilmataadiga korralikult riidu läinud. Viimaste hulgas matkates ei olnud kohati lumetormis rada märgatagi.
See-eest oli korraldusmeeskond tipptasemel. Igas joogipunktis olid oodatud justkui kaugelt reisilt saabunud külaline. II joogipunktis võluti isegi bensiin välja, et saaks suusa alt üleliigse pidamismäärde ära. Üks kohalik „määrdemees“ eemaldas ennast salgavalt pea igal teisel hädalisel kääriotstega suusa alt pidamismääret. Suuska tõstes olid neil jooksupunkti saabudes suusa all 5-10 cm paksune lumeklots all (nii ka minul).
Vahetult enne joogipunktist lahkumist sõitis maanteel suur lumesahk, mis pühkis suusaraja sõiduteelt. Rajameistrid taastasid raja vähem kui minutiga.
Lastele avaldas muljet, et nende tarbeks vedas rajatraktor värskelt võistlusjälje. 4-aastane tuletas kojusõidul mitu korda seda meelde.
…ja see supp - see maitses ülihästi.

Tõotab tulla nagu tavapärane selle aasta klassikamaraton, ikka vähemalt mõõduka lumesaju ja tuisuga. Ja nagu ikka üks päev enne või pärast on olud lihtsamad. Mis siis ikka, kui on nii, siis nii. Kuidas praegu radade ettevalmistusega seis on? Öösel pole vist väga külma olnud? Ilmselt tulevad pehmed olud, rada ja sooned ilma jääta? Pakkimine või sellega võitlemine on jälle teema. Kas vahetult enne starti on ka plaanis rajad üle käia? Kas pärast pesemisvõimalus (saun) on nagu tavapäraselt ka sel aastal olemas?

Rada hooldatud 01.03.23. Järgmine hooldus planeeritud ilma jahenemisel, (prognooside kohaselt neljapäev 02. märtsi õhtul. Maratoni (võistlusraja) tegemis alustame 03. märtsi õhtul. Need on hetkeplaanid mis võivad muutuda olenevalt ilmast. Ilmateade lubas mõningast lumelisa, selle järgi korrigeerime vajadusel ka raja lõplikku valmimise aega.
